these are our cancellation policies. In case of cancellation/no show you need to pay te amounts mentioned.

For cancellation before 14 days upon arrival we charge you 30% of the total amount of the reservation.

For cancellation within 14 days upon arrival we charge you 100% of the total amount of the reservation.

In case of no show the total amount 100% will be charged.

You need to pay the total amount of the reservation upon arrival, by cash/ATM card or creditcard (with a surcharge).

After the payment there will be no refund.

At only half hour of Amsterdam is Zandvoort aan Zee, at the Noordzee, having very clean beaches, wonderfull dunes, a large number of beach pavilions with great terraces, a cosy old city centre famous for its 'vissershuisjes', trendy shops which are open 7 days a week, Holland casino; a perfect holiday starts here!

In springtime the blooming tulipfields are colorblankets nearby, as is the De Keukenhof.

The small village is worth a visit, with its 'sloppies (Zandvoorts dialect for narrow streets and alleys) with its original vissershuisjes (fishermens houses). 

Nice for children (and their parents) is the Juttersmuseum, a museum where a lot of different things are displayed that were found on the beach. Also some nice games and quests. 

If you have some more time, Haarlem is at 10 trainminutes! Haarlem is a very old city, where you can make wonderful city tours combined with non-stop-shopping!

For kids there is Europs largest playground Linnaeushof in Bennebroek its an endless experience with more than 350 play equipments, like paddle boats, gliders, trampolines and many more.

Appartementen Zandvoort is situated in the middle of the cosy, old citycentre of Zandvoort and has 7 holiday apartments, which are in one building, divided over 2 Floors. (no elevator!!) There are 1-, 2- and 3-room apartments. Non smoking apartments.
All studios and apartments have a kitchen, private bathroom, WIFI and TV.
Childrensbed, Childchair and childrenstoys are available at request.

Bike rental! € 10 day/bike

Only 100 meters till beach.

The trainstation is 10 min walkingdistance. By train it takes 30 min till Amsterdam Central station.
Open yearround.

Dogs are welcome on request and pay a fee, only NOT allowed in apartment no 8.
